Kleemann MSC 702I EVO

MSC 702i EVO — MOBILE SCREENING PLANT

The mobile screening plants MOBISCREEN are used for screening almost all types of natural rock and in recycling. The classifying and coarse screens are available in a double- or triple-deck version, with hydraulic or diesel-electric drives. The applications of the MOBISCREEN plants are diverse. There is a variety of appropriate screen media available for obtaining different grain sizes and for different feed material.

MOBILE CLASSIFYING SCREENS

The Quarry Line classifying screens are designed to cope with the tough conditions experienced in daily work in the quarry. With their diesel-electric drives they are even more powerful and are suitable for linking with crushers from the KLEEMANN Quarry Line. Thanks to their large screening surfaces, a high throughput is guaranteed, also for small grain sizes.

PROPERTIES

The mobile screening plant MOBISCREEN MSC 702i EVO is equipped with a 7 m² screen casing and is used as a double-deck classifying screen. Thanks to the good transport dimensions and short set-up times, the plant meets the requirements of contract crushers. The screening plants are operated via a modern control system. As a result, all functions are easy to control and operating statuses and machine functions can be viewed at any time.

• Mobile double-deck screening unit

• Diesel-hydraulic drive

• Classifying screen

• Maximum feed size 100 x 160 mm

HIGHLIGHTS

The new MOBISCREEN EVO screening plants stand out from the rest thanks to their flexibility, excellent transport properties, fast setup times and efficient operation – which all, of course, come with the best performance data.

SAFETY AND ERGONOMICS

Fast and convenient service is possible on all MOBISCREEN EVO screening plants thanks to very easy accessibility or all components. All function- and safety-related hydraulic cylinders are equipped with safety valves (lowering/brake holding valves); each cylinder remains in its current position in the event of shutdown or malfunctioning. Furthermore, different critical areas on the machine are equipped with contact protection.

Additional safety is available in the form of spraying, LED and halogen lighting.

START-STOP SYSTEM

Lower consumption in idle phases. The low fuel consumption can be reduced even further with the optional Start-Stop system.

A probe detects if no material is supplied over a defined period and engine speed is reduced automatically. Fuel consumption and wear on the engine, belts and support rollers are reduced.

If the material starts being supplied again, the plant is restarted and moves to production mode. Automatic operation ends if no material is subsequently conveyed for a defined period – with an option for switching off the engine.

CLASSIFYING SCREENS FOR THE QUARRY AND RECYCLING

high application diversity, intuitive operation, simple transport. The MOBISCREEN mobile screening plants are used for screening almost all natural stone and in recycling.

Classifying screens are used to obtain exact fractions. The plant can be adapted individually to the application through the selection of screen surfaces, the screen inclination, etc.

Recommended Use

• Classifying screens for screening in natural stone applications up to 160mm feed size.

• Triple-deck screens for classifying up to 4 fractions.

• Extensive range of screen surfaces.

• Feed capacity of up to 800 t/h.

SCREEN SURFACES

The matching screen surfaces for optimum results.

During the daily routine, screen surfaces are really put to the test. To guarantee long-term, reliable screening to the desired final grain size, the screen surfaces from KLEEMANN are made of particularly wear-resistant spring wire steel or round wire.

Thanks to the double-anchoring at the crossings, they have a high mesh stability for uniform screening. The screening result itself is determined by numerous factors. The most important influence factors include the grain shape, the humidity content and the feed volume.

EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLY – DUAL POWER OPTION

Electricity is often cheaper than diesel. Added to this are ecological, legal or social provisions that often restrict the use of diesel.

The screening plants are equipped with a Dual Power System with two electric motors each with 37 kW (50 PS) for high work output combined with low fuel consumption. Connection is made via an electrical device. This permits a quick switch between two power sources (diesel engine or external power supply). Users thus remain flexible and the pollutant emission is reduced.
